We have about 2 inches so far and school didn't get canceled today??? I didn't drive my kids to school because I had a feeling this wasn't going to get better today. The school didn't close because the buses were already out picking kids up when it started to snow. Jaydn has a basketball game in Woodland today at 3:30and wouldn't be eligible to play if he didn't get to school but thanks to the fact that 5 other players couldn't make it in he can play as long as I can get him there. The weather channel says it is suppose to melt off by noon but it is already almost 10am and it is still snowing cats and dogs out there! The funniest part of all of this , and forgive me for laughing at my husband, is that Robert left me with the Honda, which has studs on all four tires, so I would be safe... and now he may not be safe getting home in the Mercedes with the bald tires...oh the "inconvenience" ...we shall see how he likes the taste of some of his own "medicine" when it comes to being frustrated over our current vehicle choices:) What comes around ALWAYS goes around. My response was exactly what he said to me when I was frustrated about the truck not working right in the middle of a very busy day for me..."It's just one day honey...(huge smile on my face)" Poor thing..NOT! I really do hope he is safe coming home but him getting stuck in a ditch might be well deserved in this case.
Oh the INHUMANITY of it all :P

Wow you're had your share of crazy weather this season! My friend and I went out running after it snowed 4 inches but we have these awesome spikes for our shoes. Such a great invention!
spikes on shoes?? who knew. This weather is insane. I don't think school was canceled out here either. They must think since we had 2 feet of snow anything less isn't worth canceling over. weird.
