Okay so I caved and let the kids dress up for spirit week ...but they had to come up with their own costumes...Leavi is a Bee Fairy and Jaydn is Chuck Noland from "Castaway" (with his buddy Spaulding). I spent $2 on Leavi's wings and a buck for the pompoms for the hair band...Jay's outfit-FREE . Jaydn is going to a friends house for trinck or treating and I relented and am taking Leavi and the boys for one hour up in La Center. Kole is going to be a jester (last year's costume) and Kyzen is going to be "On fire" Jay's old costume from 2 yeras ago. I decided, after my 2 walking friends chided me, that they are only young once and I might as well make the best of it:)..even though I HATE Halooween:)

Good idea. I don't like Halloween because of the scary stuff. but I have really good and fun memories of trick or treating and I'm glad you are letting them go.
i love halloween because of the cutesy stuff. I love seeing my kids dress up and have fun. And I loved it as a kid too. I'm glad you gave in even though you hate it... they'll thank you for it later :o)
