I have been listening to Anita Stansfield's Barrington Family Saga and I must say it is far too romantic and faith promoting and touching for my own good! Really, I am enjoying every minute. I bought 5 -20 pound boxes of my favorite peaches today(from a Menonite family that comes here every summer from Yakima) He always sells at a great price and they are the sweetest family! They were not in the usual place (Fred Meyer parking lot)but I found them nonetheless because I had been praying t0o find them again! Awesome huh? So I fully intend to can my little heart out sometime around Tuesday or Wednesday afternoon. I will , likely, be done with the Barrington Saga at that point so I don't know what I will listen to...any suggestions?(Just so you know the only way to can is to listen to great books on tape/CD The best news from my adventure with the peaches is that the Father said they will be bringing pears next year too! I LOVE CANNED pears! These peaches are amazing and I feel so blessed to have them:)Now...I just need a special book to enhance to experience of canning them!

Danelle that is so funny I have been listening to them on cd. Very addicting. I actually enjoy doing the dishes while listening to them.
I meant the Barrington saga not peaches. Peaches are great too.
