"Prayer Works!!!"

So... I didn't want to be a blog hog yesterday so I saved this for today,but it happened yesterday. I lost one of my precious crocs sometime last week and have been like a dog without legs for days now. I simply could not go on another day without my coveted croc(kidding). Okay I was a bit irritated but whatever..I just kept talking to God everyday about it at various times.." I wonder where that croc is?" " A little hint here would be great." "I trust you know where the thing is." And so on... So..I wasn't being very tuned in cause at least a few times a day I would think"I should look through the dirty laundry ?" "Or I might have left it in the garage?" Did I go look, well no, of course as soon as I would think of it I would get distracted and do something else. Finally, I just flat out Said" Heavenly Father please help me find the missing croc...please!!!" Then yesterday as I was switching the laundry..out of nowhere I heard in my mind " Look behind the water heater woman!(yes the woman part is not added..it happened) " Just like that I had the croc in my hand laughing hysterically and waving it around yelling " Prayer works!" Needless to say, my irreverent display was a bit obnoxious and my family was staring at me like I was just discharged from a mental institution. I think that Heavenly Father definitely has a sense of humor and I wouldn't doubt that he was amused by my forgetfulness every time I had an impression and was distracted..then would ask again. I find it really funny that the final impression was humorous, I never would have expected the Holy Ghost to have a sense of humor, he knew it was important to me and I think he really needed my attention and didn't want my "Senile" mind to wander again. Very effective, I must say. Prayer works people!
