There comes a time in every parents life when they must realize their children are growing up and growing up FAST! My daughter, Leavi, turned 15 in September and I insisted we get her driving right away which requires signing up for "expensive($300) driver's ed. Well... I got a deal in a La Center Education Fund auction and went in with another family on a buy one get one free deal. The Driver's Edd class is right here in La Center so Yay! Only catch...had to sign her up during basketball season and seeing as how Leavi just made the JV BASKETBALL TEAM!!!another YAY!!!... she will have to miss the first game but in 3 weeks we are home free and she can get her license when she turns 16 instead of having to wait until she is 18 ( Law in Washington is they must have Driver's Ed to get license before their 18th birthday.
Side note: Leavi is wearing a very fashionable "ugly" sweater we specially purchased for an ugly sweater sleep over party at our Stake Presidents daughter's house:) What a cool idea for a party, don't you think? There prizes and everything! Leavi won most glamorous!
