I stood in my kitchen for 3 hours today prepping for Thanksgiving at Tim, Danika, Jon and Julie's tomorrow! I made these 2 very exquisite pumpkin pies only to come downstairs a few minutes ago to discover one of my LOVELY children, who is not fessing up, had done THIS to my work of art! " Maybe they were just testing to see if it was done?" says Robert...oh naive man that he is! They were "testing" to see how much pie they could sneak, thinking it wasn't noticeable???? I have about HAD it with my triple stacked boys! Let me tell you! Nothing, and when I say nothing I really mean NOTHING is sacred around here! Robert says" Just let it all go Danelle." So in the next month when I blog about how they literally burned the house to the ground...you will understand why! I think because I , myself, am not a boy I just don't get, will never GET IT and just plain DON"T want to GET IT...EVER! The funny part about all of this is the very same " destruction" to one of my fabulous pies happened last year around this time...HMMMM??? The culprits were " dealt" with but obviously not well enough eh?......trying to let it go...I promise:) I really don't know why I care, I can't eat the darn pie anyway!

At least your work of art Chocolate pies (2 mind you) didn't get squished by a cooler and portacrib because someone took the corner too fast and someone else didn't even check where that someone put all the food in the van (next to a cooler and portacrib come on! I would never do that! to go to Thanksgiving. Everyone ate them anyway and all is forgiven.
I am not quick enough to take a picture too bad!
