I hurt my back today...great timing...

I was lifting a bag of dog food and twisted and pulled something. I wish I could predict when I am going to have a moment of stupidity so I could save myself all of this pain:( Now I am going to be miserable sitting through Time Out for Women tonight and all day tomorrow UGHGH!) Percocet here I come...YUCK!
