We just got a letter from Electrolux today saying that they would reimburse us the full amount that we paid for our stove plus $50 for the loaner that we bought! We need to find our receipt first and send it to them for our check but I believe that in about a month I will have a new stove again! The lesson I learned from this experience is to be patient and if you make a big enough stink about something and follow through you will get what is owed you!

That is GREAT news!! Congrats on being persistent and annoying enough for them to listen :o) Isn't it annoying that's what it takes?
