GTD #15

#15. I am grateful that I went to church yesterday and that I was able to teach during Young Women's. We only had 1 Mia Maid so we combined with the Laurels and Sister Richardson(who was subbing let me teach). It was not the most exciting topic...Avoiding Dishonesty..but I got this great object lesson on mormonshare.com that included them telling some lies and then putting a piece of gum in their mouths. I had them shove 7 pieces in their mouths and chew like the dickens the whole lesson (Elizabeth got 9 piece because she was too chatty:). At the end of the lesson they spit out their lies, or repented of their sin:) Not only will they remember that forever but it kind of kept them quiet! That is worth a thousand packs of gum in my book! Thanks Janice for letting me teach:):):) It was fun!

So great! I wonder how I can do something so memorable in a R.S. lesson?! I teach this Sunday, exciting and scary.
