This last Sunday Robert really wanted to have Lemon meringue pie and pumpkin pie for dessert(Prior to going off sugar for 2 weeks to see if it helps his arthritis). I was NOT in the mood to bake(Rare moment for me:) so Robert and Jaydn jumped in and began baking away. As most of you know, Jaydn is quite a pie maker...well, Robert is the best crust maker on the planet(Strange I know from a man that never comes in the kitchen unless he is eating something that I made)! He made quite a mess in "MY" kitchen but , surprisingly, he cleaned it up fairly well...and immediately when he was finished, to boot! The pies were way too good( I ate 3 pieces each...YIKES! What a pig I am)! Me thinks I will never making another pie again...what do you think? Yeah...that's what I am talkin' about!YUMMO!
