Leavi and I made these very delectable Cheesecakes for our Cake auction last night. All the proceeds are going evenly split for all of the girls who participated. These babies brought in a total of $50! Leavi donated 3 necklace and earring sets that got $10 each and 4 hours of babysitting that got $25. The girl's earned a total of $737 making the camp fees Half paid for for 13 out of 31 girls that participated! I am so stoked that it was so successful! With camp costing $110 this year it is so nice to have some of the cost lifted:)
The cheesecakes are (left) Chocolate almond and (right) lemon with lemon curd topping...I can only imagine they were delicious!I hope they were, what if they were horrible, can you imagine?

LOL, "what if they were horrible, can you imagine?" LOL... you crack me up... like anything you made could be horrible... although, if they were, you would probably never hear about it! LOL
Yum! That's what I want for my birthday. Our youth raised money for a trip to Nauvoo by holding a yard sale. They got people to donate items and then posted the sale on Craigslist. It was a huge success ($1300), and I benefited nicely from it too! I got a huge bag of mega legos for $2 that Joann has been obsessed with since.
